Finally it is official: VALORIANI VERACE is the only professional pizza oven gas fired to be recognized and certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, thus being able to allow even those pizzeria that cannot use a wood fired oven to obtain the AVPN Certificate.
On the 26th of May in Piazza Dante, Naples, on the occasion of the conference for the opening of the Pizzafestival, named “Ricomincio da 30”, Valoriani Verace was officially introduces from the AVPN managers and from Massimo Valoriani, owner of the historical company in Reggello. The AVPN President Antonio Pace, honoured Valoriani with the official recognition certificate, by now the only one consigned for a gas fired professional pizza oven.
Result of a long planning and collaboration together with the AVPN masters, Valoriani Verace is in fact the only gas fired professional oven which has the necessary features about lower insulation, baking floor and recycling heating system to assure a full respect of the baking technique needed for True Neapolitan Pizza. These requirements make it a one and only oven, an innovative product that will work as mouthpiece for the battle that the Association has been bringing on for 30 years: to spread all over the world True Neapolitan Pizza and innovative equipments that allow to save its great gastronomic qualities.
