After the event in Rome, Cooking for Art 2014 goes to Milan to involve the best hotels, chefs and wine and food companies of the territory. The location of the event organized by Luigi Cremona and Witaly is in via Tortona 32, where Valoriani Ovens will be main sponsor with the professional oven Trailer Valoriani.
From Saturday 29th of November to Monday 1st of December, people will meet many Territories thanks to expository desks and shows cooking that will take place on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday, in the “Torneria” area, the competitions for qualifying to Best Emerging Pizza Chef North 2015 will be held: 16 extraordinary pizza makers from northern Italy will compete in front of a panel of experts,cooking their pizzas in the Valoriani ovens. In addition, more than fifty expositors will offer tastings of their products to the public: farm businesses, oil mills, wine companies, small breweries, excellence products like caviar, truffles and much more.
Together with these food Excellences there will be companies producers of equipment and accessories for food service, such as Refrattari Valoriani that, with its own professional ovens for pizza made of refractory cotto, represents all over the world a reference point for pizza makers and professionals of the field.
