The tenth edition of the Salone, will describe the agricultural and food diversity of each country. It will give voice to each single small reality that, all over the world, produces good quality food, meaning organoleptic goodness, environmental sustainability and social justice.
The Piazza della Pizza was born as a result of the collaboration between Slow Food and Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Maestri Pizzaioli from all over Italy, will be there to make you taste the classics of tradition and their most famous creations. It will be a space to taste real pizza, made of first quality ingredients and perfect dough making and baking techniques, fundamental for this art.
Valoriani professional wood fired ovens, made of real refractory cotto, will support the Maestri Pizzaioli for the whole event, by giving them an important instrument to save the traditional gastronomic qualities of Real Neapolitan Pizza.
