Valoriani ovens at Cooking for Art Napoli 2015

Back again this year the event, organized by Luigi Cremona and Witaly, which sees the great chefs and pizza chefs of Central and Southern Italy performing  before an audience in the enchanting setting of the Rowing Club of Naples.  On 30 and 31 May and 1 June Valoriani will be there to support young pizza chefs competing for the Award for Best Emerging Pizzachef of central and southern Italy in 2015 with its professional ovens for pizza certified and recognized by the Association Verace Pizza Napoletana.

Parallel to the Chef Award Emergente Centrosud 2015, which will involve more than 20 chefs in the central and southern Italy, it will be hold an exciting challenge between the best young pizza makers under 35 years of age from all the regions of Central and Southern Italy.  These are the attendees: from Marche: Andrea Coppari (Mezzometro Pizza, Jesi), Valentina D’Erasmo (Mamma Rosa), Luca Barbatosta (Urbino dei Laghi). From Tuscany Stefano Canosci (Pizzeria Chicco) e Giuseppe Carannante (Accà). From Lazio: Emiliano Di Lelio (Pizzeria Sancho), Paolo Russo (Pizzeria Ricomincio da Tre), Elio Santosuosso (La Gatta Mangiona), Pier Daniele Seu (Gazometro38), Alessio Pasquazi (Pizzeria Evolution) e Gaetano Buranelli. From Campania: Francesco Genovesi (Solo Pizza), Fabio Cozzolino (50 Kalò), Angelo Rumolo (Grotto Pizzeria Castello), Claudio Spica (La Dea Bendata), Alessandro Izzo (Palazzo Petrucci), Roberto Luongo (Zi Nicolina). From Basilicata: Nicola De Carlo (Fandango). From Molise: Roberto Miele (La Taverna del Re). From Calabria: Hamid Azizy (Santa Caterina) e Giorgia Riggio. From Siciliy: Cristian Battiato (7+), Gianluca Graci (Sarda Salata, Pizza e Spaghetti). The winners of the competition will participate in the national final of the format, clashing with Pizza Chef Emergente North in 2015.

Besides attending various exhibitions, the public can enjoy freshly prepared meals by starred chefs in the gourmet area from various regions.  It promises to be a great food and wine event, to be held in the beautiful terrace of the Rowing Club with stunning views of the Bay of Naples, to attend the cooking show of famous chef and pizza chef  and those who one day will become and taste wines and foods in close contact with producers.
