Just a few days are left before Cooking for Art 2014, the event organized by Luigi Cremona and Witaly, which in Rome – Officine Farneto, gathers the best chefs and wine and companies of the territory. Valoriani Ovens will be there as main sponsor with the professional oven Trailer Valoriani, that for the whole event will support the Pizza Chefs and the competitors to the final of Emerging Italian Pizza Chef 2014.
From the 1st to the 3rd of November, many Italian Territories will have the chance to promote their own products to the public. This will be possible not just thanks to the expository stands, but also during the Pizza Chefs’ show cookings that will on Saturday and Sunday will present tailor made receipts. This year there will be some news, first of all the Food Zone, area where 33 National Michelin Star Chefs, International Renowned Chefs and Pastry Chefs will take turns. Moreover, the Street Food area where you will find the best of the take away Italian food and the Mixology Area with the best Bartenders from Rome. Last but not least, by popular demand, the Bakery Zone where the best Pizza Chefs will bake their creations thanks to Agugiaro & Figna and Valoriani Ovens.
On Monday the 3rd, there will be the awaited final for the award Best Italian Emerging Chef 2014 and, for the first time in Rome, also the final for the award Best Italian Emerging Pizza Chef 2014. The competitors for the award are Fanuel Amanuel Tecle and Riccardo Agnolin (the winners of the Northern Italy selection) Raffaele Menna and Valerio Piccirilli (the winners of the Central Italy selection), Francesca Gerbasio and Andrea Godi (the winners of the Southern Italy selections). It will be a captivating competition, based on creativity, technique and passion, which cannot disregard the use of professional pizza ovens recognized by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, like the ones of Refrattari Valoriani.
