In a few days the Milan edition of Cooking for Art will begin, from November 26th to 28th in the multifunctional complex W37. As usual, during the event organized by Luigi Cremona and Witaly with Valoriani Ovens as main sponsor, the first selection for the award “Best Emerging Pizza Chef 2017” will take place.
For three days the best wine and food companies and the best professional kitchen equipment manufacturers will have the possibility to introduce their great quality products. During the event the new “Guida Alberghi & Ristoranti d’Italia 2017” of the Touring Club Italiano will be presented and the most regarded Northern Italy premises will be awarded.
In the very same days, there will be also the selections for the competition Emerging Pizza Chef North Italy 2017: 10 promising pizza makers will challenge their selves in front of a jury made of professionals of the field, by baking their pizzas in a professional Valoriani oven. On the same oven, fundamental equipment for many restaurants and certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, also famous Master Chefs like Corrado Scaglione and Sergio Gargiulo will bake their pizzas.
