Indirect heating of the cooking floor for Valoriani Oven

Unlike the greatest part of wood-burning ovens belonging to the same niche, this oven allows an indirect heating of the cooking floor. Food and wood don’t share the same space. Refrattari Valoriani offers a product with unique features but able to retains the quality and reliability of the mark Valoriani.

In this wood fired oven the cooking surface is divided from the space created to place the woods: there is a specific division within it in two separate planes. The fire takes place on the combustion chamber located at the lower level, it warms the refractory bricks used to build the cooking floor, and then, conveyed on the back, it comes to lap all the crown of the cooking chamber. Only at that point the oven will be ready to prepare a lot of delicious dishes for all the family.

Valoriani oven, thanks to its modern design and its measures (it is not too big), can be easily applied both inside the home, for example in the kitchen, and outside in the garden or in the terrace. In this latest case it will be useful to provide the oven with a sort of cover to protect it from bad weather.
