On 22nd, 23th e 24th October Cooking for Art will be back; chefs, wines and agricultural products can be found at Officine Farneto in Rome. Forni Valoriani will be there as Main Sponsor, with their professional oven at disposal of Master Pizza Chefs and Pizza Chef competitors to the award Pizza Chef Emergente d’Italia 2016.
Witaly, in cooperation with Luigi Cremona, organized three days of sublime cousin, connected to the art as indicated by the title of the event through a personal exhibition of the artist Giampaolo Atzeni called “Alchimie Evocative”. The protagonists of this tenth edition will be more than 100 producers of wine and food products coming from every part of Italy, together with companies that manufacture professional equipment for food service. Moreover, the program includes shows of Starred Chef and Master Pizza Chefs, besides the award ceremony of the best hotels and restaurants of the guide Touring Alberghi e Ristoranti D’Italia 2017. This year news will be the Mercato delle Officine, a real city market where the best shops of Rome will sell and cook their own specialties.
In the pizza area there will be shows of the winning emerging Pizza Chefs of previous editions, master class of professional Pizza Chefs– as Simone Padoan, Stefano Callegari, Salvatore Salvo and Renato Bosco – Sunday 23th October there will be the awaited Finals for Best Emerging Pizza Chef of Italy 2016. Here are the name of the finalists: Indrit Haraciu (O’Fiore Mio) for North-East; Matteo Moretti (Ristorante Pizzeria Lo Scalo) for North-West; Pier Daniele Seu (Gazometro 38) and Pierluigi Madeo (Pizza Man) for the Centre; Angelo Rumolo (Grotto Pizzeria Castello) and Francesco Vitiello (Casa Vitiello) for the South.
Cooking for Art is a unique occasion for food lovers and for professionals of the field, to see live Chefs and Pizza Chefs – famous and emerging ones – working on Valoriani professional ovens, known all over the world and certified by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana to make perfect pizzas.
