ValorianiIn the last few months, Refrattari Valoriani supported Food Revolution, that starting from the United States and Great Britain is reaching even Italy to sustain the “culture of healthy eating” in the fight against obesity. Today more than ever Valoriani puts its wood-burning ovens and pizza ovens at the service of a dish, symbol of Italian cooking tradition, that entered, rightfully, into the  balanced diets: the pizza.

This word come from the latin diaeta and it means “the way you live”. The deeper connotation holds within itself the entire identity of a man, his lifestyle and his nutrition, that must be considered as a source of sustenance and pleasure. From this point of view Pizza enters officially in the plan of a balanced diet, sparingly of course, like every other foods.
