Next weekend Cooking for Art Roma 2015 – the event organized by WItaly in cooperation with Luigi Cremona – will be back. The event will gather all the best hotels, chefs, wine and food companies of the territory, at Officine Farneto in Rome. Valoriani ovens will be there as Main Sponsor, with its professional ovens that for the whole event will be at disposal of the Pizza Masters and competitors to the Final of the Award Italian Pizza Chef Emergente 2015.
From the 3rd to the 5th of October, more than 150 exhibitors will represent the Italian food excellence with their high quality products, together with a selection of Foreign Countries promoted by their embassies like Japan and Malta that will participate for the first time. There won’t be just expositive stands, but also tastings and cooking shows: in the Food Zone 33 Award-winning Chefs and the best street-food interpreters will interchange their selves to introduce their amazing recipes to the visitors. On Saturday the 3rd and Monday the 5th, Pizza Masters will show their pizzas created on purpose for the event on the basis the theme of this year: “Pizza Chic”.
On Sunday the 4th there will be the awaited Final of the Award Italian Pizza Chef Emergente 2015, where the finalist pizza makers from the North, Centre and South Italy will challenge each other. Here are the names: Fabio Cozzolino (50 Kalò, Napoli) for the South, Pier Daniele Seu (Gazometro 38”, Roma) and Elio Santosuosso (La Gatta Mangiona, Roma) for the Centre, and Luca Maggioni (Enosteria Lipen, Triuggio-MB) for the North. It will be a captivating competition, based on creativity, technique and passion, that cannot leave asidethe use of professional pizza ovens recognized by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana as Refrattari Valoriani ovens.
