After the event in Rome, it is time for the Milan edition of Cooking for Art 2015: three days of Haute Cousine & Market. The event, organized by Luigi Cremona and Witaly, will take place in Officine della Torneria in via Tortona 32. Valoriani will be there as main sponsor with the professional oven Trailer Valoriani.
From Saturday 28th to Monday 30th of November, the best wine and food companies, together with the main kitchen equipment and accessories producers, will have the possibility to make themselves known thanks to expositive desks and to the Temporary Restaurant where several recipes will be proposed for tasting by some of the most famous chefs. During the event the new “Guida Alberghi & Ristoranti d’Italia 2016” of Italian Touring Club will be presented, and the most deserving Northern Italy hotels and restaurants will be awarded.
In the very same days, in the “Torneria” area, the competition Emerging Pizza Chef of Northern Italy 2016 will take place: 13 promising pizza makers of Northern Italy will challenge their selvesby baking their pizzas in a Valoriani professional oven, in front of a jury made of several journalists of the field. Moreover, on Monday 30th of November, the area will be dedicated to the excellence of Italian pizza, as some of the most well-known Italian Pizza Chefs will offer some tastings to the public.
This edition of Cooking for Art will finish with a moment dedicated to “Bocuse d’Or”, when the competitors list of the Italian selection will be presented, to compete in the world most important cooking competition that will take place from the 31st of January to the 1st of February 2016, in the Teatro Sociale, Alba.
