“Come nasce una pizza” is back: the 360° pizza event

After the first lucky edition of last February, on the 24th and 25th of November “Come Nasce una Pizza” is back: the 360° event for the pizza world. This time the appointment is in the Prinz Beverage & Food location in Campi Bisenzio (FI).

“Come nasce una pizza” is an event organized by Refrattari Valoriani in cooperation with Le 5 Stagioni of Agugiaro & Figna, Italian leader of the flour and pizza dough, and with Prinz, their distributor for Tuscany. A unique occasion to discover raw materials which make pizza unforgettable: first quality flour and ingredients; professional ovens made of refractory cotto. Right those that Valoriani has been producing by craftsmen for over 100 years in its own factory in Reggello. The guests will have the chance to see and get to know the ovens in action during the two days of meetings and tastings.

A special event for the learning of the secrets hidden behind a good pizza, where the Tuscan restaurateurs will have the chance to get to know deeply the techniques and instruments directly from the producers. An extra occasion to touch by hand the authenticity of Valoriani refractory ovens, and the Italian craftsmanship that is still synonymous of high quality at an international level.
