What better occasion to celebrate pizza in Naples and around world than the 30 years anniversary of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association (AVPN)? This is how the first edition of the Pizzafestival was born, from the 27th to the 30th of May this fair will animate 400 associated pizza places in Naples and abroad with cultural, music and gastronomic event. Refrattari Valoriani could not miss this date with its refractory cotto ovens, since forever synonymous of high quality and unquestionable symbol of the Made in Italy in the world.
On the occasion of the conference “Ricomincio da 30”, that will take place on Monday 26th of May in Piazza Dante at 10 am, the oven Valoriani Verace will be officially introduced by the AVPN managers and by Massimo Valoriani, owner of the historic company located in Reggello. This is an important stage for the Association, that has been carrying on its battle for spreading the real Neapolitan pizza and innovative equipments that allow to preserve traditional gastronomical qualities all over the world for 30 years.
Result of a long lasting planning and collaboration with the AVPN experts, Valoriani Verace is indeed the only professional wood and gas fired oven which has the feature regarding lower insulation, baking floor and Recycling Heating System to guarantee the complete respect of the True Neapolitan Pizza baking technique. A one of a kind oven, that allows the obtainment of the Association Certificate, even to those pizza places which cannot use a wood fired oven.
Main character of the fair, together with the Valoriani Verace, is the new born in the company Valoriani: the Trailer Valoriani. This mobile professional oven has already achieved resounding success among pizza places and restaurateurs that need freedom of movement for their equipments. Right in the last few days and again during the fair, the Trailer will be on the road of Naples, to show its great versatility and the handiness.
