ValorianiFrom September 13 to 16 Valoriani Ovens dominated the scene at the Fine Food Fair in Melbourne with the participation of EUROQUIP, in the person of Mr. Joseph Cassisi, the Australian distributor of the prestigious Florentine company: a great opportunity to get absorbed in the most innovative and highest-level solutions for the restaurant industry.

The Australian public and professional figures have been always showing great interest in Italian products and Valoriani expressed all its satisfaction for having had the possibility to take part directly, with the presence of the daughters Carlotta and Viola (see photos), at this event that, once again, gave the opportunity to companies of made in Italy to exhibit their new idea regarding food, beverages and equipments.

After the conclusion of the Fair, the company declared itself satisfied for the results obtained by its partner who distributes Valoriani brand in Australia, especially for the high consensus achieved during the exhibition on the part of the professional figures belonging to the catering sector.

During Fine Food Fair the Valoriani wood fired ovens baked the real masterpiece of Italian cooking: a fragrant and traditional pizza. In this way it was possible to show the excellence of Vesuvio qualities, wood and gas oven, that led to the implementation of a pizza of true and lasting success, thanks even to use of excellent ingredients.

An international moment in which Valoriani played one of the leading roles thanks to the work of the Australian distributor Mr Cassisi, who used the necessary energies to sustain its participation to the fair and bought a wood fired oven for this occasion, the exclusive interpreter of the Italian art of cooking pizza.
