The cooking floor, in refractory cotto abounding with alumina, is composed of perfectly shaped modules that make easier the installation and allow an optimal leveling. The external vault is in refractory concrete rich in alumina, the shape of the oven mouth is an arch and the door is made of iron. Vesuvio GR series can be equipped with a kit of insulating materials composed of blocks of aerated concrete for the lower isolation, of Valplast, ecological ceramic fiber and vermiculite (heat insulator) for the upper isolation.
