“Valoriani Verace” the innovative oven born from the cooperation between Valoriani and AVPN

ValorianiLong months of preparation, study and design developed by the company leader in the production of wood fired ovens in collaboration with the Association Verace Pizza Napoletana led to the creation of an ambitious project: the construction of  “Valoriani Verace”, a professional oven that can be used only for gas.

The launch on the market of “Valoriani Verace”, a new product with Valoriani brand, is planned for the beginning of 2011. There is still a lot of reserve but it is confirmed that this oven was tested and approved by the Pizzaioli belonging to AVPN (Association Verace Pizza  Napoletana), well known for their strictness and the rigid standard used in their assessments.

One of the aspect that made this oven really special, in the wide number of Valoriani professional ovens, is that it can be used only for gas. This particular feature allows Valoriani Verace to preserve the tradition of pizza napoletana, where the law doesn’t consent to use a wood fired oven.

The first indiscretions seems to suggest that the company, located in Reggello, obtained excellent performances for its oven “Valoriani Verace”. While it operates only for gas it is possible to achieve a quality of cooking up to the 85% of that one produced with a wood fired oven: a truly remarkable result.Valoriani

The official presentation is waited to have the opportunity to discover more interesting details, what is certain is that the cooperation between Valoriani and the Association Verace Pizza Napoletana will be able to surprise the public with a product with high quality and working standards
